SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

By opting in to the Aramark Leisure SMS text messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from Aramark Leisure and its affiliated properties.  By opting into this program, you provide Aramark Leisure consent to deliver text messages to you via an automatic dialing system.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Aramark Leisure may send you marketing messages via SMS, including but not limited to promotions, specials and information about products and services.  Additionally, Aramark Leisure may send you information related to a booking at one of our affiliated properties.  Such messages may be sent before, during or after your visit.  Message frequency may vary.

To enroll, visit our mobile sign up page or text JOIN to 78892.

Service is available on most major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, Cellular One, MetroPCS, ACS/Alaska, Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central Illinois, Centennial Wireless, Cox Communications, EKN/Appalachian Wireless, GCI, Illinois Valley Cellular, Immix/Keystone Wireless, Inland Cellular, Nex-Tech Wireless, Rural Cellular Corporation, Thumb Cellular, United Wireless, West Central (WCC), Cellcom, Cellsouth, Cricket, Cincinnati Bell and Virgin Mobile.

T-Mobile® is not liable for delayed or undeliverable messages.

ARE THERE ANY COSTS?

Aramark Leisure does not have any costs associated with its SMS text messaging program.  However, message and data rates may apply in accordance with your cellular service agreement.  If you are unsure about the costs associated with sending or receiving text messages, please consult your cellular service provider.

HOW DO I OPT OUT?

You may opt out of our SMS text messaging program at any time.  To stop receiving text messages from Aramark Leisure, text STOP to 78892.  Note that you may receive one final text message to confirm that you have opted out.  After you receive your opt out confirmation, you will not receive any further text messages from Aramark Leisure.

UPDATES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

Aramark Leisure may update or amend its SMS terms and conditions at any time.  Any updates to these terms and conditionals shall take effect and the time they are posted on our website.  We recommend that you periodically review our Terms and Conditions page so that you are aware of any updates.  By remaining in the Aramark Leisure SMS program, you agree to accept any changes to these terms and conditions.
